Hello Hello!! Welcome back to The Attachment Confessions! I'm so grateful to have you here for episode 3 – My Attachment Red Flags.
Guys, I may end up regretting this, but today I'm spilling some tea on a few of the Fearful Avoidant red flags I've experienced in my past relationships. A couple stories are sins of my exes, a couple stories star yours truly, but ultimately, the real red flags are all mine to carry.
Whether I put up with bad behavior from partners way too many times to count, or I myself was the one exhibiting bad behavior – a red flag is a red flag is a red. freaking. flag. And thanks to my Fearful Avoidant insecure attachment, I've been both catching and waving those scarlet banners for far too long.

GREAT QUESTION! In episode 1, I'm giving you all the down-low on attachment theory. Who came up with it, when it was introduced. You know, the history stuff!
Then, we'll dive into the science-y stuff. I'll give you the scoop on the 4 attachment styles – the Anxious Preoccupied (AP), the Dismissive Avoidant (DA), the Fearful Avoidant (FA), and the Securely Attached (whom we all aspire to be!).
We'll chat through how each attachment style is formed, their main attachment wounds, their biggest needs in a relationship, and some of the pros/cons of their behavior.
